Class bd Rockford Fosgate bd topology is a revolutionary patented design, integrating a technology that is more efficient than typical class AB and has lower distortion than class D designs. POWER bd amplifiers are 75-80% efficient vs. 20-60% efficient class ab amplifiers. What does that mean? More power from your amplifier with less drain on your vehicles electrical and charging system.
Differential Inputs Differential input circuitry measures the voltage of both the (+) and (-) input signal. The circuitry subtracts the voltage common to both conductors (noise) resulting in only the clean signal. This allows only clean signal to enter the amplifier.
DSM DSM utilize 1% tight-tolerances improving efficiency of the circuit, decreases cross-talk from other discrete components and lowers operating temperature.

Punch EQ2 In the early 70's, Jim Fosgate studied the acoustical properties of automobiles. Utilizing a real-time analyzer and pink noise, he would graph out the acoustical characteristics of each car he tested. Jim discovered three problems that were common to all cars: a midbass hump between 100-275Hz, a steep roll-off of high frequencies from 2kHz up to 20kHz, and reduced bass response below 50Hz.
The Punch EQ on-board equalization circuit helps correct for these acoustical deficiencies in the listening environment. When set to Low-Pass(LP) operation, it becomes a variable Bass Boost. When set to High-Pass (HP) operation, it acts as a variable Mid-Bass and Treble Boost. When set to All Pass (AP) operation, both Bass and Treble frequencies are boosted.

I've owned many Rockford amps and this is no exception to any of them. It's loud as heck you can hear me coming in my car from far away at just a little over half gain! I have 2 12" Infinity Kappa Perfect 4-ohm subs to this amp and the subs can't handle more than a little over half the gain of this amp. It still rocks and you get the Rockford clarity and punch you'd expect from any Rockford amp. I also have the same model amp but 300-1 which handled my Infinity's perfect. Im about to order 2 12" Rockford P3's within the next few days and THAN IT WILL BE ON!! Perfect subs for this brute amp! I'll be ordering the P3's from Amazon.com like I do everything else and than i will post my review about those subwoofers with this amp. I CANT WAIT!

Rockford Fosgate has a history of producing the best. I bought this amp in 2008 for my P3D212's (two 2 ohm voice coil 12" subs) and push 1042 watts @ a 2 ohm load (make sure you know your wiring configurations to know what load you're pushing). This amp is extremely underated, as with all Fosgate's. The birthsheet I got with mine was 1492 @ 1 ohm, 1042 @ 2 ohms, and 834 @ 4 ohms. We're talking RMS here, this amp is a straight beast. Well worth the money you spend.

I have fair skin, but I *hate* having sun tan lotion on - makes me feel greasy. This is a great alternative. I'm able to just put stuff on my arms and neck and that's it. As for the size: you have to understand that the purpose of this shirt is to not sag or pull away from your skin while surfing. Therefore, it's intentionally "smaller" than a normal t-shirt. That's not a sizing problem, that's how you're supposed to wear it. It's also not made of cotton, so if your body shape isn't somewhat similar to the body shape of the shirt itself, it's not going to be comfortable. I wear a medium in normal shirts. I tried on a medium in the store, as well as a large. The medium fits like a glove. It's hard to put on though, however there is extra material in the underarm to allow you to swim easily. Otherwise, there's no extra room in there at all, and it feels perfect. The large, however, once I got it on, there was a little extra fabric, a little looser fit. That means that the... Read more

Based on other reviews, I bought two sizes larger than what I normally wear and it was still too tight. I know it is supposed to fit like a second skin, but you should still be able to breathe. It was so tight around my neck and under my arms it was unbearable. I am returning it and going to try a the O'Neill Loose Rash Shirt and see if that is better.
